Description

    • Every potential candidate goes through a three phase interview filtration process.

 

    • All prospective candidates must pass a nationwide back ground check.

 

    • New sales reps will be personally trained one on one for two weeks with a qualified field trainer.

 

    • Each sales representative will attend daily meetings designed to educate on your Energy service as well as motivate for the days sales goal.

 

    • Every sales representative is assigned  a mapped out territory in order to maximize your Energy exposure in a given area while avoiding overexpose.

 

    • Our Sales force is motivated by weekly bonus’ as well as upward mobility within our corporate structure.

 

    • Any Sales representative that does not work up to Prodigy Consulting’s standards set forth is retrained or dismissed.
